Luxury hotel, excellent value for money. I loved everything, it was nice. Room was non-smoking and compact. Sumptuous breakfast, perfect service. There was a MAGNIFICENT restaurant, a market and the shops next door.

Room was well-designed, location was pleasant. I got free upgrade and liked it. The staff did all they can for a wonderful stay. Walking distance to the markets and a mall across the street. Moreover, hakone entertainment centre was 5 minutes' walk away. Hotel was fairly clean and the service was impeccable.
